Replacement pistons for your engine. Whether you're building a high-compression naturally-aspirated motor, or going for a low-compression boosted build, we have you covered. For aftermarket applications there's two main types of forged pistons, a traditional 2618 alloy which most manufacturers like Wiseco and CP offer with a relatively high expansion rate, then 4032 low-expansion alloy offered by the likes of Mahle and Supertech which act more similarly to stock cast pistons, with the added benefit of being more robust.
Higher expansion rate pistons generally require more cylinder-to-wall clearance than stock, but all relevant information will be on the spec sheet provided with your new pistons. Whether you can re-use stock cylinder bores, or need to hone, is often dependant on both the manufacturer's recommended clearance specs as well as the condition of your current cylinder walls. If you need expert advice, just drop us a message and we'll be happy to guide you.
As well as forged aftermarket pistons, we also currently offer stock cast replacement pistons for most popular Honda engines.
