right, heres a little scenario for you all, i have found myself in.
i have aquired
Having said that, I would be much inclined to save the lot..
Keep it as a deposit for a house mate
Ill asume you still live at home with your parents, so that would be an ideal amount for a deposit
If you spend it on a car, you will only have to sell that car in the future to fund a house
i can't afford that dude, i did look at it, looks lovely!
oh and jono, thats a lil bit to sensible for me at the moment, i don't plan on leaving soon and NEED a car as my clio is now dangerous and doesnt justify spending the money to repair
You can pick up a GOOD 98 spec ITR....
Or an EP3?
Hond-R's k20 machine they have for sale
Save a bit back for a rainy day man, spend 4/5k on an EK9
Save the money buddy.. That is a sizable sum..
and whats that then???
people stop being sensible. your tapping in to my inner old man and hes agreeing
what it is though is that basically the situation im in, i have aquired the money, if it doesnt go on a car i don't get it? comprede?
Why does it have to be a Honda?
Casino, red or black on roulette. Danger ftw haha.
Or Save it all
Or buy a minty DC2 or EP3
Or do what im going to do with 6k and buy an EVO 6..
Thats cool man, just what i would do if i was in that situation
I would go for an accord Type-S personally
doesnt HAVE to be honda, but thats what i would ideally want
don't want a uk spec, but if i got a DC2 i think id always want an EK9 lol
whos had both and which is better?
i am suited more to small cars
BMW 8 series
now as tempted as i am my mrs aint far off as sexy as that doll haha
and edd, 8-series! NO lol
Neither, i'd buy an accord Type-S and save the rest
same shape as chris EK9's?
i like them but as said its not my sort of car, im 5'7" and it would just look like im driving daddys car lol
i like the Civic and teg as the engineering is so basic and easily fixed and maintained, not much in the way of diagnostics so i can diagnose and repair my own stuff, with the newer motors then id be paying people with the diag kit if there was a fault and then you have the cost of repairs. imagine if i bought an accord diesel and the turbo shat its pants(I've heard the new honda diesels its common)
the repair bill would be huge, the turbo well in excess of
Id put it away in a savings account, it would be handy for a deposit on a mortgage in the future.
