You're gonna love those poly bushes in the trailing arms! i had them on my old EG and they improved the handling ALOT

wicked, just wished I had my own press  so I can change all those lil fuckers

I ve gotta wait to put these last 2 parts on, got my MOT soon!!

you don't need a press for the rest of the bushings, they press in by hand fine. especially if you put them in the freezer for a while so they shrink slightly, I did my LCA bushings that way (well, needed tapping with a hammer but not hard at all). Although I heard using poly bushes in your trailing arms causes the car to twitch under heavy braking?

Thats cool to know, Might have to do that in the next year  would it hurt the car, if the car is riding so stiff?

Finished wrapping my mani, I really want to put it on, but I ve got my MOT very soon!!

Nah it won't hurt the car but it will be stiff as... I prefer my car like that tho tbh. There's loads of benefits to polybushing your whole chassis if you push your car hard from time to time.

The mani looks good too btw

    Thanks dude

I don't mind my car been a bit stiffer, my suspension does most of that anyways.

I do want my front arm s to be polys...not sure if there's a kit for just that?

    Loads dude

Focking Pass the MOot with one advisory

    "minor exhaust gas leak"

    Flying colours me thinks

yeah, last time I did my rears alone I found a company in poland that did them cheap... just msg the companies on ebay with which bushings you need, or put a wtb thread on here

Yeah about the Trailing arm bushes and other bushes, once you freeze them they push in by hand very easily!

Yea, I m sure I ll source some

Wicked, I ll definatly do that, I ve got my front arms to put on, to cater for the front ARB.

Question is: what other significant enough part should I poly bush?

Heres 3 photos of some installs:
