Well it been good few years since I bothered with a build thread, but this time I thought why not.

You may remember me from such cars as per below.

My First Honda, SSB EK Hatch.

    H22A H2B

    D15B2 Daily

A friend pretty much gave me this Accord

    JDM DC2 Sir-G

B18C4 Cage EG Intentions for Track use only (but had to use as daily for now)

    Immaculate White EG Daily

The above was recently stolen, I didn't think I would bother buying another Honda, as I thought what is the point of doing this all over again, however, I was browsing at work, came across this white EG coupe that was very reasonably priced. It was Local to me and thought fxxk it, it will make a cheap clean daily and enable to either keep my track EG or move on to another weekend toy.

    Its a D15B7

    BLACK Interior

    Full Electrics

    Weitec Coilovers

With a Load of history, it does seem to have been looked after, owned by a former member on here.

    As it stood when purchased

Found lot of rust as expected but the Sills are solid and a friend will sort the arches me.

Got her stripped and ready to hand into the body shop,

Removed ugly pink wheels for now gave it a quick clean and it came out mint.

And that's all for now until I get it back from the body shop Black bonnet will be going soon, but for now everyone is just writing on it with chalk n crayons for a laugh.

Few updates on this, should be done in the next day or so.

    - New outer skins fitted and all the rotten metal removed and replaced on the inner arches.

    - Also cut out and replaced the rusted metal behind the side skirts and back bumper.

    - The arches have been rolled before paint ready for some nice wheels.

    - They will seal both inside and outside of the car aswell to protect all the new metal.

    - The front arch repaired, rust removed from sunroof and colour coded the black door strips.

EG Coupe rear arches do not exist, I had to purchase EG Hatch rear arches, then modified to fit the coupes bumper lines.

I know, I was marmite about getting a coupe, but they can be made to look smart.

Plus already had four hatch backs now.

    Hi all,

Been busy recently forgot I even started this build thread so decided to update.

Firstly, I was happy with the outcome from the body shop, they did alot of extra work for me as they have done work on all previous cars.

    All scratches removed.

Rear arches under sealed and rolled for wheel clearance.

Black trim on rear bumper colour coded

    All door strips colour coded.

Undersealed both NEW Inner and Outer arches.

Fitted new inner and out track rod ends passenger side.

Replaced scary low 242mm front brakes with complete front 262mm hubs, disks and callipers.

    Flat rolled and sealed arches.

Found a white bonnet from a breaker (Thanks CRB Autospares on facebook), its not as clean as the rest of the car, but its way better than black, I think something was resting on this new bonnet and bent it a little as it does not line up as well as the old BLACK bonnet. Oh well drove far to collect so will do for now.

Replaced embarrassing backbox for an OEM DC2 one.

Picked up some wheels TEST FIT.

I will fit these after winter among other parts.
