An encouraging article from F1 regarding the Honda - Red Bull partnership.

I can't wait to see the progress they make in pre-testing next February.

    What do you guys think?

    Honda Red Bull.

After watching the F1 every year since I was a kid and rarely ever missing a race... I didn't bother watching 75% of the 2018 season... and now I no longer have access to the F1 channel at all... and you know what... I'm not bothered at all.

It gets worse each year, the costs of attending a race are prohibitive and more costly than a couple of weeks on a cheap holiday in the Med (factor in transport, food and accommodation). The races are dull as feck and every alleged change they make to 'improve racing and overtaking' end up making things worse. the tracks are bland and the history of the sport is being erased.

In short... I no longer give a flying feck about F1... after 40yrs of loving it.

Everything changes. We either embrace these changes or move on.
It's a shame that you feel that way @Heckler, but if it's no of interest to you now, then that's your choice.

Personally, overall, I still like to follow F1 and welcome all fellow members who feel similarly.
This is a very immersive time for Honda as they continue their journey to re-establish themselves in this sport.
I wish them every success. :gohonda:

It is a shame but when you lose your passion for something nothing can be done, the fire just isn't there anymore :Frown:

When it was announced, I wasn't sure what to think of the point for the fastest lap but I think it will get interesting towards the end of the season.

Bit of a strange move from Ferrari not pitting Leclerc to try and get an extra point when they had nearly a 30 second gap..
