tachometer install

    hey all, gauging intrest of getting a techometer, cause i have no rev counter, as any one got one on there EG? are they easy to do? seen some video's off youtube, and some pic on how to set up, they look confusing? any tips?

    yup i did this on my eg3, ii put in some lsi clocks.

    any EG dials with tach are plug and play.

    just remove the front trim, then take out the old dials, plug in the new 1s. voila

    if u want 2 b legal about it, take off the plastic front case for ur old dials, unscrew the milage part, and screw into new 1s (after removing and replacing wire sheets at te back of clocks), thn ur old milage wil b on ur new clocks

    took me around 45 mins to do, pretty easy

    I have dials for an EG coupe but the problem it it was an autobox so I dunno if the dials are compatible.

    hmmm, no i don't want dials, just a single tachometer?

    just fit lsi, vei, esi clocks mate.

    those dash mounted 'tachometers' scream chav shit!
