    hey guys

im pretty handy with fitting parts ECT and im confident to take the shock out of my EP3 myself ECT but I've never changed a spring! I've borrowed a set of spring clamps BUT are they easy enough to do on my own?

if not what would you say a fair price from a garage is to fit them? thanks alot

I'll happily give you a hand if your doing it yourself at I-tuned. Not done EP, but done plenty of EG and EK, I just did an EK couple months ago down there..

If you was wondering how much it would cost, I would say pay out 1 hours labour work at a local garage. But I suppose you wouldn't need too as you fitted coilovers before etc.
