i did...with a bit of help from a mechanic mate of mine......clutch pedal has been stiff since I've had the car and now sticks down.....drive shaft bearing has gone and makes the car wobble under acceleration and its showing a knock sensor fault code...theres also a good chance the stiff clutch has blown the seal in the master cylinder

Sometimes cars will not need anything for a long long time and then suddenly need a whole load spending on them.

Hopefully, she has been and will post all the fixes remain fault free for a long time.

Count yourself lucky you don't own a car from a marquee whose cars (I name no manufacturers ) are all constant money pits LOL

Once all that is fixed, it will be a completely different car.
Changed the clutch on the FR-V, had to get used to driving the car again.

    Ok This sounds familiar
    • Pressure plate cuase damage to clutch master cylinder and clutch pedal
    • New clutch will most likely be needed which brand ? I used Fidanza lightweight flywheel with action stage 2 clutch
    • Driveshaft what brand are you fitting ? I used J and r vibrations were sorted and no issues comes with 2 year warranty
    • Clutch master cylinder get damaged by seal you have 2 option use honda modified or k-tuned as i did
    • knock sensor there was a bulletin about replacement and ecm software update
    Hope that helps

the mechanic isnt sure if its the sensor or a wiring fault, gonna bung a new sensor in anyway and see if that works..price wise, not gonna get much change out of a grand but not got an exact figure yet...will have to sell the bike i reckon :Frown:
