General Poor response from Honda Norwich main dealer

    I contacted my local main dealer last week re supply and fit 4 new tyres. Spoke to the parts dept who were very helpful, agreed a price and organised the tyres. I was told by Honda, that the service dept would call me back regards arranging a date to fit the tyres.

    No response from Honda, and yes I have checked my answerphone.

    Well, Monday, still no call back and I have tried to contact them direct but no one answers the phone in the Service dept!

    Obviously Honda don't need my custom so I will go being elsewhere for my tyres.
