I kind of like that if you have a bulk 25 litre oil tub this can be perfect to oil transfer into smaller tubs . :Niceone:

I will get that thanks @exec

I think I will go for it then if it's Ichiban approved! Only concern is running it off the battery, if the extraction is slow, then I might end up with a flat battery! But its ideal for those of us who live in flats and don't have access to floor level mains.

It says motor oil flow rate is 0.2 litres/min ... hmmm that's pretty slow.

To shift 4.5 litres of oil it will take like 23-24 minutes. You're car battery will probably be flat by then.

Useless then, unless you have a spare battery or you use another car with its engine on and extract the oil from the other car like so, which would be a bit of a hassle.

For 11 quid don't to get your hands dirty its a no brainer. I would look at the pump see how much power it needs get a plug-in power adapter snip the crocodile ends and solder plug it directly into the wall take the car battery out of the equation.
