    Lol, yea thats the prototype dash he built, his missus just had a lil girl, so he's done it on a budget, gotta hand it to him tho...

    uft, he can't weld for toffee, don't like the look of the floorpans lol....and oversills, theyre for old bangers that need dragged through their last MOT...

    It's not bad, and yea it upsets a fair few cars, and their owners!!

    Agreed, he's already bought a single exit, but wants it slant stylie! Will be on soon.

    all the same, those welds havent penetrated well and as a result there will be little strength in the floor.

    I think before it went off to get painted, he re-done a fair bit of it. Probably the shit welding gear he was using. :O

    IIRC from when i Redtoped my mini with engine conversions (other than the 1.3 swift swap) you need to run a extended front end and where this conversion is getting much more common they are selling off the shelf fibreglass fronts which are extended as apposed to the old skool method of having to weld two arches together to fit the engine in


    I ran a clubby front on my converted car because you could fit it under there as they were a lot bigger than the roundnoses :Smile:
