I have all three of those items and they are good as Pete says nothing has ever gone wrong with them for years. I will be buying the big sockets for bikes soon but I will look at the quality as I have been told the halfords pro tools have changed vendors

I've got the Halfords pro socket set, had it for years. Haven't broke anything yet, and it's been worked hard.

I've got the "Halfords Advanced Professional" set which I've read is of an inferior quality to the previously branded "Halfords Professional" (sans Advanced).

To be fair they seem decent quality, enough for me at least but I never held the previous version of the tools so can't compare. I've got some odd sockets and spanners (Draper Hi-Torq, Silverline and KS Tools 9*series) and the Halfords ones feel superior to them. I'd recommended them to a beginner no problem, but most of my tools haven't really been thoroughly worked.

I am taking a liking towards Stahlwille offset spanners however, think I prefer the matt look over the shiny.

I've had many halfords tools over the years and never had a problem. I've slowly changed over to snap-on as i have gone on but the price of snap-on tools means I've still got many halfords tools i use everyday.

I've just bought the 6 drawer chest and it is top quality.
At last, a single place for all those spanners, sockets...

    Thanks @AndyB1976
I've still got all the odds'n'sods in the old cantilever toolbox, but it'll wait for a while.
My old faithful socket set will go in the drawers underneath (old kitchen unit)

Very organised trays lined with anti slip mats  I can see you already been waxing the drawers and cab:Wink:

You've got a very good eye for detail CJ. I like things organised and easy to find. Rolling around in the drawer just won't do.
Is the waxing that obvious ? :Blushing:
I just get carried away... sometimes by men in white coats. :PullFaces:

I thought you had one already ? :Unknown:

I took the plunge as it makes it easier to find all the things than weren't in a case.
Think I'll have to build/modify the base unit it's standing on though... When I get time

I don't, most of my tools are hung on the wall in front of which I work, so all I need to do is turn around and grab a tool off the wall. That works well.

That is a good system when you use them frequently.
I saw this one at a decent price on ebay and it suited my circumstances.

I'd be stuck for space to put them to be honest.

I had to re-arrange some of the back wall of the garage, but I had already worked out how and where it would fit.
Just wasn't intending on getting it yet.
