Don’t see any reason why not. They’re only painted black.

As above, will repair nicely that if you go to a good refurber.

That doesn't look too deep so will be fairly straight forward to re-paint.
Diamond cut on the other hand are a real pain to deal with.

I had 18 storms previously (storms are kerb traps!). 2 full refurbs later I've given up on pristine wheels and buy pre kerbed ones now! such a load off my mind

On my FK2 I grazed a front wheel as very slow speed & just rubbed down with wet & dry, cleaned with alcohol then repainted with Honda Diamond Black touch up paint. Repair was invisible unless extremely close to wheel.

Face of "Black" wheels on regular 10th Generation Civics are not painted, they a Diamond cut & protected by a tinted Clear Coat, so not so easy to repair. I have a small mark on a front wheel temporarily protected by Diamond Black touch up paint. I am going to attempt a less visible repair by adding a touch of Diamond Black touch up paint to Clear Coat Touch up paint to obtain a tinted Clear Coat effect.
