    i love sushi lol~ and i love my car....=s

well thats just it...shes ok as shes japanese and sorted with a high paid job etc and her family support etc etc

been searching around for info..possibilities are teaching english or starting my own business...still need to do more research about licences etc, all i know is you have to be a japanese citezen to start a business..so ill have to rely on my missus~

however japanese economy is really bad at the moment due to u.s stocks and exporting etc so its rather difficult to find a job, average exchange rate was

Whatever you do decide to do, do so with thought..

Exactly... this is a HUGE decision so take your time before deciding. If you decide you don't like it once out there it will have cost you a fortune to find out

If you have a decent job here already I would give it some serious thought because its not exactly easy to get a job here either

Ill hold that large amount of cash for you and send it over when the exchange rate is looking up

exchange rates are looking about 1-2years before it starts rising back up...im thinking it would be alright if im earning japanese yen..then i can transfer to uk pound,, then leave it there for an investment and transfew again when the rates go higher~ but still..im not certain whether its the right choice..giving up everything i have here//

gonna go out for a spin later with the local cruise...going to miss the 9 when its gone..thats if i go ahead with the plan~ still..im worried about finding a job over there,, need to search more...

EK9 i can get over in japan for 2000-3000 pounds tho lol

I wouldn't let an opportunity like that pass me by!Still like any emigration, its not the easiest thing in the world.

As for immigration rules, htere are two types of "visit pass" that you can get.One is for visiting as a tourist, another is if you are visiting on business.

Since your g/f is from there, the rules regarding that may be different.

won't worry about car.Thats where they are from!!!!

Also like you said, you could get one for 2-3k pounds.Least of your worries.

Good luck with the move and breaking the news to your family.

You will miss the car when you sell it, but just consider all of the amazing cars that you will see and have the opportunity to drive/look at/buy in Japan. Then you have the excitement of getting a new JDM TyTe car and the love of your lady. Win win

just sell the car and go for it, if it doesnt work out, its not the end of the world - you can always come back.

Its only a car ffs, sell it and try something new

As far as a job is concerned, look when you are out there - im sure you'll find something.
