I would need to change the engine oil on my accord and would like to know the most suitable one for my 2004 Accord (2 lit, petrol, manual)

I was thinking of castrol FS 0-30 is that ok or is there anything better?

Honda 0W-20 or Castrol Edge H 0W-20 are first choice for the K20 engine in your Accord.
Please add your Accord to the Club Garage. That way, we can see instantly, the specification of the Honda you have.
It's also a great showcase and Project Log too.

thank you but I can't seem to find Castrol 0W-20 oil as almost all are 0W-30 will it be ok to use this instead?

I use Honda 0W-20 from Holdcroft Honda. (Call them for an accurate price)

Here are some Castrol Pro H supplier, but there are others.

    bumping the above thread
how about using 0-30 Engine oil instead of 0-20 will it make a big differance?
also Shell seems a lot cheaper than Castrol so wonder if its ok to use it as my service is booked in 10 days time
btw my mileage is almost 120k now (petrol ,manual )

You could use either but 0W 20 is a bit better for the engine because it's thinner so it flows around better when the engine starts up from cold.
Exol oil from Lubetechshop is a bit cheaper and the forum mods can give you a discount code.
