Well another year has gone by with the Civic and it was MOT time again. Happy to say she passed again with one minor, slight play in the near side droplink.
Both droplinks now replaced and looking forward to another year of hopefully trouble free ownership.

Nice one, just catching up. Car looks to have a nice stance and the wheels suit the black too

It's been a while since I added anything to project log so thought I would tell you about my little trail/experiment I have going on.
I recently purchased a couple of cans of K2 color flex for a diy project at home and still had some leftover. So I have used what is left on my front mud flaps.
    Result after 2 coats

The plan is now to refit the mudflaps and see how it holds out for a few weeks, if it holds out ok I may be tempted in giving the sideskirts etc the same treatment I'll keep you posted.
K2 color flex is similar to Plastidip but comes in gloss finishes so no need for a glossifier like you do with plasidip.

Good stuff, never heard of K2 color flex, like the fact that you don't need a separate glossifer.
Looks good and shiny, let us know how it holds up.

The screen washer jets were barely reaching the bottom of the windscreen so set about trying to find out why.
Turned out the pipe near the washer pump had a kink in it that was restricting the flow, no matter how I tried re-routing the pipe I could not get rid of the kink.
    IMG_0856.JPG
So here is my solution with a small piece of tubing & a couple of cable ties washer jets now working perfectly.

    Rotas now on car.

As the Rotas are 17x7.5/ 45 offset as opposed to 17x 7/55 offset on the Pentas, I have removed the 17mm spacers and the stance has remained pretty much unaltered.
