This link contains a couple of You Tube Videos of interviews with a Honda engineer who was involved in development of the new Honda turbo engines & CVT gearbox. It would appear that the new Honda CVT has a torque converter clutch so slow speed manoeuvring is not jerky ala VW/Audi DSG auto gearboxes. A torque converter clutch, as I believe is also used in the Jazz Hybrid, means in slow stop start traffic it is safe to creep without any concern about an automated clutch, as is used in other CVT & DSG transmissions, wearing out &/or causing jerky movements .
