well basically this is what happend

notived that the tem gauge never got upto the right temperature while driveg, but when parked up it did slowly get back upto temerature.

so i got a new thermostat, took the dizzy off replaced the termostat and put the dizzy back on. everything worked perfectly

since then the car started to use alot of fuel and there is no VTEC, jurkes alot when taking off, and the exhaust like to 'bang' when i change gear so there is definatly excess fuel in the exhaust.

oh and there is only 1 o2 sensor on the exhaust and that was never plugged in because theres no plug for it to be plugged into:Messed:

any ideas where to start i have to go to london tomorrow and need to get the car sorted before then.

As a start plug your O2 sensor in. Find the port on the exhaust manifold.
