Engine & Gearbox Average Fuel Consumption

    Yes mate, I am running the original wheels for the car (15 inch) with 195/60R15 tyres. Dunlop SP Sport blueresponse on the front and goodyear efficientgrip performance on the rear. Would have liked the same all around but that was what was available at the time of needing new tyres.

    That must be one of the reasons you get excellent gas milage :Smile:. I am personally running 18 inch wheels with 225/40/ZR18 tires and can never get it up to more than 30 MPG.

    It might also have something to do with how much of the loud pedal that you like, or how much VTEC you use. I tend to drive to the speed limit alot of the time, but have been known to use some VTEC. Average MPG though seems to hover between 31 to 34mpg

    Done around 10k miles over the past 6 months
    Best MPG was 39.33
    Worst MPG was 25.29

    @Chunkylover53, wow 10k miles in 6 months, that's mad!

    I managed 27.8mpg with a sticking front brake caliper, driving the best part of 40 miles to try source another one!
