IIRC there were 900 VTi-S' made all together, vaguely remember someone saying 200 were hatches, 100 Aerodeck's and the rest were MB6's. So that'd mean there were 700 made all together

but how many of those 700 are still around and in working order?

same with jordans (not just plugging my car btw/kind of just did)

only like 300/500 still alive and kicking :Frown:

remember honda made a fuckup with some of the logbooks and there are some cars registered as VTI-S on the logbook when they actually aren't

The cars are ten years old now, I imagine they are getting very rare

I see an EK4 VTI-S being driven by a middle aged lady on my commute often, its in very good knick

As for 1.8 VTI-S IIRC there were 500 inc Aerodeck but could be wrong

I've got an Ek4 vti-s, only done 42k aswell with one previous owner and full service history from Mr H, but I know of 2 others within a 20 mile radius and 1 Mb6 vti-s about 3 streets away from where I live.

Correct me if im wrong but there were only 500 1.8 vti-s made in pirates black and 200 1.6 vti-s in starlight black.

Honda did mess up with plenty of log books and sold a normal vti as a vti-s.

there were 500 jordans made, 200 vti-s ek4's in starlite black and 2000 vti-s mb6's made in pirates black

take a look at the numbers of each for sale and you'l see it kinda in proportion! not sure if that 2000 includes aerodecks or not!

i have 1 of the remaining mb6 1.8 vti-s in pirate black. limited slip diff was the difference between the honda fuck ups. they were sold as vti-s but had no lim slip diff.

That badge is usually a give away too. If your car aint got it, it aint a Vti-S.

All 1.8 VTI had LSD, the VTI and VTI-S are mechanically identical only difference is cosmetics

No maybe about it, I am 100% correct, its a common problem people thinking just the VTI-S had LSD when in fact all 1.8 VTI had LSD

No worries, also, all 1.6 VTI and VTI-S DIDNT have LSD, which is where I think the confusion comes in

not all 1.8 vti have LSD, not even all Type-R have LSD. know this for a fact cause i MOT'd several without LSD on a normal brake tester.
