    Now onto my fourth Honda.

My first ; a '99 Gen 6 Accord Exec Saloon 2ltr Auto. Adored the build quality and reliability. I was hooked!

My second Honda; a Gen 7 Accord Tourer Sport was bought to deal with 2 kids and a Dog. It was the perfect family wagon. Quick enough for the motorway, reliable enough and comfy enough for my wife to use daily and big enough to fit EVERYTHING (including a double mattress) in the boot.

Loved it.... It was (well still is) a 2007 with 130+k on it and never missed a beat. Always serviced and never needed more than Brakes, Tyres and 1 Clutch slave cylinder! Not bad. When I would drive it sensibly I would get 50 mpg easy... but that was rare.

The biggest, and only, issue was the electric tailgate that started to fail and deadlock the boot! Not good when you have a pram or huge Greyhound to get out! It was going to cost more than the car was worth to repair and I didn't have the time to strip and repair everything myself. She was traded in for a non-Honda (with a Blue badge) and I handed the reigns of that to my beautiful wife.

I didn't really get to drive the car as I was commuting to Londinium by train so wasn't too fussed but I did miss the build quality for the last couple of years.

Third: a 2006 Gen 8 Civic Ex i-Vtec in Nighthawk Black.

Impressed with the build quality and hated the lack of vision through the back with the poncy spoiler thing blocking everything.

and fourth: 2007 CN2 Accord Saloon EX Diesel in Nighthawk Black, again!
Looks good, Low mileage and certain things not working (Sat nav being the biggest pain). Wondering about PDR as there are several little dings that I am not a fan of! Any recommendations for South Kent PDR specialists?

    See you in the Forums!

    Tim

Also, I have a '79 Triumph Spitfire fitted with a 2ltr Straight Six! Another work in progress!
